Since 2003, I have been studying the behaviour and population dynamics of Malay civets on Buton Island, Sulawesi, using live-trapping and radio-telemetry. I have also worked on a variety of conservation projects ranging from the eradication of invasive species from an off-shore island in Mauritius to butterfly metapopulation dynamics in Spain.
