I am currently working for the Tourism Department of the Government of Assam. I am a founder of the Rhino Foundation for Nature, and I have been involved in wildlife research and conservation in NE India for the last two and half decades. I have written more than 500 articles and scientific papers, 17 books/ monographs, and 29 survey reports on wildlife.
