I have several years of field experience in Kenya, where I investigated the role of animals in seed dispersal and natural forest regeneration. My study species included the African civet, rusty-spotted genet, African palm civet, white-tailed mongoose, and bushy-tailed mongoose. My expertise is the ecology, diet and latrine use of African viverrids and herpestids, using camera trapping as one of my monitoring methods
