I have conducted long-term studies on the ecology of tigers and other large mammals in India and published in several scientific journals. I have authored many books and co-edited technical manuals. I am a Scientific Fellow of the Zoological Society of London and adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota. I am also a scientific advisor for several Indian conservation advocacy groups.
